The “WE ARE THE WORLD” International Children’s Art Competition will be held for the first time in Shanghai, China in October 2025!

We sincerely invite children and youth aged 5 to 17 from around the world, as well as university students aged 18 and above, to participate in this international art competition.

• Friday, October 10, 2:00–5:00 PM – Cross-Cultural Dialogue Roundtable Forum: “Cultural Connections”
• Saturday, October 11, 2:00–5:00 PM (Make-up working day for the Mid-Autumn Festival) – “WE ARE THE WORLD Shanghai” Awards Ceremony for Winners and Participants

🎨 Art Competition Details:
Theme: The Culture and Traditions of Your Country
Age Groups:
o Ages 5–9
o Ages 10–13
o Ages 14–17
o University students and adults (18 and above)
Artwork Format: A3 size, digital file with 300 DPI resolution
Accepted Mediums:
Pencil, marker, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, ink, oil painting, digital art, and AI-generated art
Submission Requirements:
o Submit a high-resolution photo of the artwork (300 DPI)
o We will print the work on high-quality paper and frame it in a black frame for exhibition
o Submit to the official China event email address (submission method in China still under discussion)

🔸 GOLD Exhibition Package – Shanghai + December 2025 Kazakhstan National Theatre Gala Exhibition:
€130 Entry Fee
Includes:
• Artwork printed on high-quality watercolor paper (A3 size)
• Displayed in both exhibitions:
Shanghai Exhibition
Gala Exhibition at the Kazakhstan National Opera House on December 20, 2025
• International participation certificate
• Personalized certificate with photo
• Letter of recommendation from international jurors
• Participation medal for attendees
• Artwork, photo, and bio will be featured on the official website and social media platforms

Registration Deadline: September 10, 2025
All selected participants will receive a Certificate of International Exhibition Participation
Top 3 winners in each age group and special awardees will receive Award Certificates and Letters of Recommendation
Winners and participants will be announced on the official website and social media
✅ How to Enter:
Register online and upload artwork (in JPG, PDF, or PNG format; max file size 6MB) to the official event email for China submissions
Pay the entry fee (submission and payment method for China to be confirmed)
📌 Please ensure the artwork photo is high-resolution (JPG, PDF, or PNG format)
📌 All artworks will be uniformly printed at A3 size and framed for display
📌 Do not mail original artworks
